Early Learning Alliance: A collective of South LA early childhood educators, administrators, and advocates that strengthen early learning programs through a shared services model of professional development, partnerships, and engagement with policymakers.
Early Learning Expansion Network: Implement services to benefit family homes and center-based early childhood education providers, increase earnings, and improve high-quality education, knowledge sharing, and administrative support.
Freedom School:Summer literacy & cultural enrichment program which enhances children’s motivation to read with a positive learning experience.
Project LEAYD (Leaders in Enrichment of Adolescent and Youth Development): An in-school and afterschool program that strengthens and promotes positive, healthy lifestyles and encourages responsible decision-making among community youth, leading to academic enrichment opportunities for middle and high school students in South Los Angeles.
The Youth Leadership Council: Allows teens and tweens in South LA to learn and practice communication, civic engagement, and community advocacy.
Youth and Young Adult Workforce Readiness: This program offers paid internship experience to high school and college students. The students receive job training, which gives them real-world exposure to the workplace and pathways to career success.
The Food Share Program:A weekly food distribution program offering meat, fresh produce, and canned goods to hundreds of South Los Angeles residents.
Foster Grandparent Program (FGP): A collaboration with Pepperdine University that offers a multigenerational approach to community volunteerism by providing meaningful experiences and important connections with seniors to volunteer with children and youth.
CalWORKs Transitional Subsidized Employment: A partnership with South Bay Workforce Investment Board that provides on-the-job training or individuals ages 18 and up.
Service Learning for High School and College Students: Students gain confidence, make a difference, engage in community service to earn new skills, take on new challenges, and meet professionals who expand their social capital.
Community Engagement and Outreach: Meet South Los Angeles residents in the field to provide resource linkages and referrals, community support, and housing assistance.

The Workplace Employee Wellness Program:Enriches employees’ physical, mental, emotional, and occupational well-being. It makes the work environment more supportive of healthy behaviors, like eating healthy, being physically active, and managing stress.
