YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

√ Project LEAYD (Leaders in Enrichment of Adolescent and Youth Development An in-school and afterschool program that strengthens and promotes positive, healthy lifestyles and encourages responsible decision-making among community youth, leading to academic enrichment opportunities for middle and high school students in South Los Angeles.

√ The Youth Leadership Council: Allows teens and tweens in South LA to learn and practice communication, civic engagement, and community advocacy. 

√  Youth and Young Adult Workforce Readiness:
This program offers paid internship experience to high school and college students. The students receive job training, which gives them real-world exposure to the workplace and pathways to career success.
