WORKING TOGETHER FOR CHILDREN & FAMILIES

What Is the Early Learning Alliance?

The Early Learning Alliance is a collaborative network led by Girls Club of Los Angeles that connects early care and education professionals throughout South Los Angeles.

ELA creates opportunities for providers and community partners to share knowledge, strengthen their organizations, develop their teams, and work collectively to improve the quality and sustainability of early learning programs.

Because when early learning providers are stronger, the children and families they serve are stronger too.

OUR PURPOSE

Strong Providers.
Strong Programs.
Stronger Communities.

Quality early education begins with the people and organizations providing it.

ELA helps create an environment where early childhood professionals can connect, learn from one another, access valuable resources, and develop solutions to challenges affecting early learning programs.

Together, we are working toward a more connected, sustainable, and equitable early learning system for South Los Angeles.

HELPING PROVIDERS THRIVE

Building Stronger Early Learning Organizations

Early learning providers do much more than educate children. They manage classrooms, staff, families, regulations, resources, operations, and constantly changing community needs.

ELA creates a space where providers do not have to navigate those challenges alone.

Through shared learning, collaboration, capacity building, and access to resources, the Alliance helps participating organizations strengthen their programs while remaining focused on what matters most—the children and families they serve.
