For more than 50 years, the Girls Club of Los Angeles has provided education, youth development, and community services throughout South Los Angeles. Through FCCHEN, we partner with licensed family child care providers to deliver nurturing, educational environments that help children thrive and families succeed.

What is FCCHEN?

A Trusted Network for Families and Providers

A Family Child Care Home Education Network (FCCHEN) is a group of licensed family child care providers who offer quality child care services for eligible families receiving subsidized care. Funded by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), GCLA's FCCHEN program supports home-based child care programs through: ✅ Professional development ✅ Ongoing coaching and support ✅ Program quality enhancement ✅ Resources and assessments ✅ Family engagement services Children benefit from safe, nurturing environments with developmentally appropriate learning experiences designed to support their growth and success.
